At the Center for Alternative Photography, participating in the first Uranotype workshop in modern times (with Morgan Post, Sam Dole, Nick Russel and  Robert Schaefer).

Uranium, traditionally associated with nuclear reactors and atomic bombs, was used in the 19th century and early part of the 20th century in photography. I was drawn to use Uranium in some of these photographs as a symbol. My Uranotypes convey the powerful connections elephants make while warning of the ‎devastation we are inflicting on them.
